The pool will open on Saturday, May 5 for weekends only from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. until Memorial Day at which time the weekend hours will be 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. On June 22, the pool will be open daily during the months of May, June and July according to the following operating hours:

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Holiday

Operating hours during the months of August and September are as follows:

HOW TO OBTAIN BADGES AND VALIDATION STICKERS

Fill out the 2012 Pool Registration and Census Form completely and return to the management office. Forms can be obtained at the management office or request by sending email to:

New Residents: Each resident must fill out the 2012 Pool Registration and Census From in its entirety and show proof of residency such as a driver’s license, utility bill in their name, birth certificate, school report card. Badges are required for anyone two years of age and older. Residents needing new badges for children must provide a copy of a birth certificate or report card. Badges will be distributed during the office hours listed below.

Validation Stickers: Residents who already have badges will need 2012 validation stickers. Residents must complete the Pool Registration and Census Form before receiving validation stickers. The form must be filled out completely, indicating badge numbers and other information, and submitted either during office hours (listed below) or you may drop it in the mailbox outside of the clubhouse along with a stamped self-addressed return envelope and the stickers will be mailed back to you.

Guest Badges: Each unit owner may purchase a maximum of four (4) guest badges or validation stickers, for previously purchased guest badges. The cost of guest badges and/or stickers is $20 each. The Pool Registration and Census Form must be filled out completely and indicate the guest badge numbers. Badges will be distributed during the office hours listed below.

OFFICE HOURS: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. Wed 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

In order to receive pool badges and validation sticker’s owners must be current with their maintenance fees.

A current copy of a lease must be on file for any units that are rented.

Lost badges will be replaced at a cost of $10 per badge.
