1) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 11th, 2016
2) P&Z#16-033: SITE & LANDSCAPE PLAN ANGELO’S PIZZERIA & BISTRO 5110 OCEAN HWY W.
Angelo’s Pizzeria & Bistro has submitted a site and landscape plan for an 8604 SF restaurant at 5110 Ocean Hwy. West. The property was approved for annexation and rezoning to Highway Business (HB). The Technical Review Committee reviewed the site plan on November 22nd, 2016. Staff is working with State agencies regarding comments that were submitted pertaining to the project.
a. Consider approval of the site and landscape plan as submitted by the applicant.
3) P&Z#16-034: SITE & LANDSCAPE PLAN JAY’S AIR FASTENERS 499 BRICKLANDING ROAD
Jay Strickland has submitted a site and landscape plan for a 4800 SF building to be used for retail and warehousing at 499 Bricklanding Road. The property is located in the town’s ETJ and is zoned Business (B-2). The Technical Review Committee reviewed the site plan on November 22nd, 2016. Staff is working with State agencies regarding comments that were submitted pertaining to the project.

4) P&Z#16-035: REZONING PETITION CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH 623 VILLAGE ROAD
Calvary Baptist Church has submitted petition for the rezoning of ±6.27 acres located at 623 Village Road (PID#19700056) from Residential (R-15) to Highway Business (HB). Please consider all land uses allowed in the HB zoning designation when considering the rezoning.
a. Consider approving the Planning Board Zoning Statement.
b. Consider recommending approval of the rezoning.
