The Town of Putney Selectboard met on Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Putney Town Hall at 8:00 AM.

Board Members Present: John K. Nopper, Lyssa Papazian, Regina A. Rockefeller- also Administrative Assistant

Also present: Carl Crawford, Otter Creek Engineering, Mark Youngstrom, Otter Creek Engineering, Richard Coutant, Salmon & Nostrand, Tom Goddard, Fire Chief

The Board entered into executive session at 8:04 am on a motion by John Nopper, seconded by Lyssa Papazian, inviting Mr. Crawford, Mr. Youngstrom and Mr. Coutant and Mr. Goddard.

The Board came out of executive session at 9:58 am. With no action taken.
