B. Property on Bell Street and Main Street – Back taxes on this agenda to be approved in the amount of $1,006.43. Net savings to the Town of approximately $7,000 in lieu of $18,000 property purchase with $10,000 to be returned to the Town for the lien on the property.

B. Ordinance 13-08 AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PLEASANT VIEW PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD 2nd Reading

Resolution 13-03 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY GRANTED BY SECTION 6-54-111 OF THE TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 0380-3-7-02 OF THE OFFICIAL COMPILATION RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FINANCIAL AID TO THE PLEASANT VIEW VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, WHICH IS A NON-PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WHOSE SERVICES BENEFIT THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS OF THIS MUNICIPALITY
