Town Board Meeting
May 22, 2012
The Town Board Special meeting was held at the Senior Center, Volunteer Park, Valatie, N.Y.
The purpose for the meeting was to review the proposed changes in the code.
The Code Committee met in the driveway because no one present had a key to the building.
The Meeting began at 7:00PM.
Present: Deputy Supervisor Patsy leader
Councilman Glenn Smith

The Committee Members discussed the information that Town Attorney Andy Howard had sent to the members regarding Conservation Subdivisions. They agreed that the word “mandatory” has to go. They also want a clarification of the words “major subdivision” They like the Town of Chatham’s regulations.
The next meeting will be on June 26, 2012.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50PM
