Request for Determination of Applicability:

Geoffrey Watkins, 597 Depot Street, Map 45 Parcel H7-2. Clearing of vegetation and installation of a gravel and shell driveway.

David Harris, 17 Neel Road, Map 16 Parcel 56-1A. Request to de-regulate an isolated wetland located on 13Walther Road. The isolated wetland will potentially affect future work on 17 Neel Road.

Notices of Intent:

Demetrios Dasco, 23-1 Snow Inn Road, Unit 1, Wychmere Shores Condo, Map 8 Parcel P2-1. The proposed patio extension & outdoor kitchen, replacement of brick patio with cut stone patio & mitigation plantings. Work will take place in the 50’ buffer zone to the top of the coastal bank & in the Flood Zone. (Continued from September 20, 2017)

The CDW Realty Trust, Janice Salvadore, 14 Rainbow Way, Map 73 Parcel S153. The proposed project is Title-5 septic system work only. The new septic system will enhance the dwellings wastewater treatment and the leaching system separation to ground water. There are no additions or alterations proposed to the dwelling.

Kevin Blute, 62 Clearwater Drive, Map 72 Parcel W86. Construct a new foundation under existing house section and remodel house. Rebuild deck with patio below. Construct addition at the front (road side) of house. Remove existing retaining wall and construct a new retaining wall. Retain existing septic system.

Wayne and Susan Pratt, 22 Walkerwoods Drive, Map 94 Parcel A5-8. An after-the-fact filing for clearing of vegetation, installation of fence and a chicken coop and proposed construction of a patio. Cleared area will be restored with native plants. Work took place in the 50’ and 100’ buffer zone to the edge of bog.
