A Notice of Intent to demolish an existing structure, remove debris, and stabilize the site with including re-grading vegetation, in the buffer zone of the Inland Bank of Darby Pond.

This project falls within a Priority Habitat area under the jurisdiction of Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program but is exempt under 321 CMR 10:14(5).

A waiver if requested to construct a pathway to the pond within the 35-foot buffer zone.
