TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TOURS

All tours are subject to the following:

  • A deposit must be made at the time of booking to secure your date, the amount of this deposit is at our discretion depending on tour type. Payment must be paid in full at least 14 days prior.
  • If paying by direct deposit, please email your remittance advice of the payment done by you. Also please includeyour namein the description when remitting the payment by direct deposit.
  • FIFO Connect requires no minimum number of passengers, our rate does not change regardless of how many passengers. We are able to accommodate a maximum of 13 passengers.
  • If changes are required for the booking these need to be madeat least 7days prior to the date of the booked job. Changes are subject to availability and FIFO Connect reserves the right to decline changes or add fees.
  • Cancellation fees do apply. See our cancellation policy below.
  • No refunds for "No Show".
  • FIFO Connect reserves the right to alter tours and change prices without notice. Prices are correct at the time of advertising.
  • FIFO Connect will not be held responsible for delays or detours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, flooding, mechanical defects and reserves the right to cancel a tour for reasons outside of our control. Any additional expenses incurred by the passenger are not FIFO Connect’s responsibility.
  • If for some reason our minibus breaks down, FIFO Connect will arrange alternative transport back to the start address. Alternatively the operator reserves the right to substitute the minibus for the same or similar vehicle type to ensure operation.
  • Additional charges will apply if there is any damage to the vehicle, unruly behavior, passengers under the influence of alcohol or if the driver feels threatened. FIFO Connect also reserves the right to terminate a tour for these reasons.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the minibus.
  • Personal property is the responsibility of the passengers and lost property will be held for 4 weeks only, which the passenger will need to collect.
  • FIFO Connect is insured for public liability although does not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting in the use of our services.
  • FIFO Connect reserves the right to not undertake tours on certain public holidays – this is at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancelling a pre-paid tour within 7 days of departure no refund will be provided.
  • If cancelling a pre-paid tour between 7 and 14 days prior to departure a refund will be given at our discretion, this is on a case by case basis depending on the services booked.
  • If altering a tour this must be doneat least 7 days prior to the booking date and only minimal alterations will be accepted. Surcharges for changes will apply at our discretion. FIFO Connect reserves the right to decline any changes.
  • If a booking has been made and a deposit paid, the deposit will be forfeited for cancellations.​​
