The tournament is open to all interested male and female chess players from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad

SYSTEM OF COMPETITION
Swiss system - 9 rounds
Rate for play is 90 minutes for 40 moves + 30 minutes with 30 seconds cumulative increment for each move starting from the first move.
Scoring will be, as follows: win = 3 points; draw = 1 point, loss = 0 point
The Tournament will be based on Swiss system in accordance of The FIDE Laws of Chess.
Organizers will provide the chess equipment for tournament participants.

Prizes are not cumulative. If participant wins prize on two basis, he will receive main prize
provided it is higher or equal to special.
According to a Bosnian legislation, prize money will be taxed with 10%, tax certificate issued

Special conditions for players:
The organizer can offer special conditions for participation in the tournament to players with ELO higher than 2700.
Players with rating above 2650 are not obliged to pay participation fee.
If they win one of the prizes the fee will be deducted from prize ammount.
Women players with rating over 2400 are not obliged to pay participation fee.
Players under 20 years with rating over 2550 are not obliged to pay participation fee.
Women players under 20 years with rating over 2300 are not obliged to pay participation fee.
