TOURNAMENT RESERVATION AGREEMENT

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions. If we do not receive within fifteen days two signed copies of this agreement together with your deposit, we cannot guarantee your requested date and starting time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The undersigned person represents that he/she is the authorized representative of the group described below who wish to organize and attend a golf event at Sierra Lakes Golf Club.
  1. Two copies of this proposed agreement must be signed and submitted to Sierra Lakes Golf Club along with a deposit within fifteen (15) days after receipt. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to total charges. (see cancellation clause below.)
  1. The final number of players must be confirmed and full payment of the balance due must be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to the event. A list of players by foursomes should be submitted to the Golf Shop as soon as possible.
  1. Current fees and charges quoted below are subject to change consistent with any revised schedule of such fees and charges in effect at the time of your golf event.
  1. All groups are expected to play at a speed consistent with playing conditions and observe proper golf course etiquette and safety factors. Players shall at all times play without undue delay. Any group causing delay to other players may be requested to either pick-up and move to the next tee or allow play through by the foursome behind.
  1. PERSONAL FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME. ANY PERSON OR GROUP BRINGING THEIR OWN FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRANSPORT OR TO CONSUME SAME ON SIERRA LAKES GOLF CLUB PROPERTY. ICE CHESTS ARE PROHIBITED! ADVISE PARTICIPANTS.

There are no refunds or “rain checks” unless the golf course is officially closed due to inclement weather or adverse conditions. Sierra Lakes golf Club shall not be responsible for acts, omissions or negligence of tournament players; and reserves the right to exclude or reject from the Golf Club any objectionable person or persons. All players shall abide by the rules and regulations of Sierra Lakes Golf Club.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Refund of Deposit as Follows:

  1. If cancelled at least 90 days or more prior to the event, 100% refund.
  2. If cancelled at least 60 days or more prior to the event, 75% refund.
  3. If cancelled at least 31 days or more prior to the event, 50% refund.
  4. No refund if event is cancelled less than 31 days prior to scheduled tournament.

PLEASE NOTE:90% OF CONFIRMED PLAYERS WILL BE CHARGED (IF SHORT)

As authorized group representative, I hereby agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and the tournament policies of Sierra Lakes Golf club.
