  • All data now in-put. Survey monkey has done automatic analysis

Business survey /
  • Drafted & looked over by Chantelle, Lindsay and Andy and Red House gifts
  • Input into survey monkey this week
  • Awareness raising starting via chamber of commerce, red house gifts & businesses relating to Totnes pound + hopefully some support from businesses on industrial estate

Events /
  • We attended the Transition Town Totnes Eco-homes Fair and ran a stall there. Had some interesting conversations with participants which were recorded via flag mapping & recruited some new task group members
  • KEVVICC – worked with Planning for Real to run a day for year 10 students were they were asked for their views and opinions on the key themes of the Neighbourhood Plan.

Events -Neighbourhood Planning Network day /
  • On Saturday October 3rd we will host the next South Hams Neighbourhood Planning Networking Day. Ross Kennerley and South Hams Officer (possibly Graham) have confirmed

  • Helen has pulled this into one word document – this has been circulated to those involved in task groups

Community group database completed /
  • Helen has completed her database of Totnes community groups – this will be used to inform people about our events

Consultation statement /
  • Helen has developed a framework for our consultation statement and is overseeing and updating this regularly
/ Draft to be circulated at future meeting
Students /
  • Frances and spent yesterday with students from Schumacher college. The students will be working with Frances on a project for the economy task group. Frances will update us about this under task group lead agenda item
