TOPIC: EVHS Student Council

Student Council: Attention all student council members! Remember there is a meeting today after school in room 207 starting at 4:00. See you there!

Attention all East View students! How many of you have ever heard that GHS is better than EVHS? I know it's hard to believe, but we've heard people telling these lies too! We know that East View students are dedicated, hard working, and full of school pride! To demonstrate how much more school spirit we have than that other high school, our student council has challenged them to a Spirit Links contest. We need YOUR help to show East View pride!

The way the contest works is this: both schools are collecting donations for spirit links for the next 2 weeks leading up to the EV/GHS showdown next Friday. You can participate by donating your spare change! Every 25 cent donation allows another link to be added to our RED WHITE and BLUE spirit chain. Donate a dollar and you've added 4 links! The school who raises the most money and has the longest spirit chain wins bragging rights for the year as the school with the most spirit. The winning school chooses which charity all of the money gets donated to. Let's start this new annual tradition off right, by showing them who's the best in Georgetown!
