Dragon Boat Race
We are once again please to support the Anthony Nolan Trust this year by taking part in the Dragon Boat Race at St Nicholas Park, Warwick on 17 September. Top tips for keeping cool in the summer
·Keep out of the sun between 11am and 3pm
·Walk in the shade, apply sunscreen and wear a hat.
·Avoid extreme physical exertion or keep it for cooler parts of the day.
·Wear light loose-fitting cotton clothes.
·Drink plenty of cold drinks.
·Keep your living space cool, especially important for infants and the elderly.
Specialist sunscreen is available to purchase from the pharmacy.

Our Healthcare Assistant, Valerie, can help you to give up smoking by providing one to one support. Please ask Reception to book you an appointment.
Patient Participation Group

Travelling Abroad
If you are booking your holiday don’t forget to book in for your travel vaccinations. Be sure to check out the Travax website to find out what is recommended & book your appointment with our nurse for a travel consultation. As some of the vaccines require more than one visit please book in plenty of time to complete any vaccination courses you may require.
