Dear Friends,March 2010

Tomorrow, will God be asking you to do something that will cause your heart to respond, “I can’t do this!” God often asks us to participate in activities beyond our abilities. The Prophet Jeremiah was asked to deliver a blistering message to a generation that had abandoned God’s ways.

God announced to Jeremiah: 5"Before I shaped you in the womb,I knew all about you. Before you saw the light of day, I had holy plans for you: A prophet to the nations —that's what I had in mind for you."6But I said, "Hold it, Master God! Look at me.I don't know anything. I'm only a boy!"7 -8God told me, "Don't say, 'I'm only a boy.'I'll tell you where to go and you'll go there. I'll tell you what to say and you'll say it.Don't be afraid of a soul. I'll be right there, looking after you."God's Decree.(The Message; Jer. 1:5-8)

There is little to admire and less to imitate in the people who are prominent in our society today. We have celebrities but not saints. The masses, aimless and bored, amuse themselves with trivia and trash. Goodness and the pursuit of righteousness don’t get headlines. Still, God points us in the direction of the impossible. Why?

At the core of our beings as humans, is an essential need for relationship with God. God is realized in the present and the awareness of his words, “Don’t be afraid…I’ll be right there, looking after you,” is positive proof that he leads us by his Spirit, inspiring hope, courage and direction for our journey.

God’s word rooted within the heart of man, makes it difficult to continue with a sloppy, selfish, or fear filled life. The persuasive presentation of the invisible God makes possible, every opportunity we face. Paul argues, “Does the God who lavishly provides you with his own presence, his Holy Spirit, working things in your lives you could never do for yourselves, does he do these things because of your strenuous moral striving or because you trust him to do them in you?”(The Message; Gal.3:5)Pleading Inadequacy Is Not An Option! We must learn to trust Him to dependably direct our ways and accomplish all He has planned for us as we pursue the righteousness found in Christ alone.

Your committed help fills our hearts with joy. Thank you for trusting His work through this ministry as we, by His grace, fearlessly seek and serve Him.

In His Abundant Love,
