is Required To Secure date and that date only, and is non refundable for any reason, and if date is changed at any time a new contract and deposit is required. Make Checks and Money Orders payable to Nicholas Alonzo, checks and money orders can be used for deposits only.The final payment must be paid in full by the start of event in Cash for Specified amount. If you cancel this contract, a 30 day notice is required in writing and a 15% cancellation fee will be applied, otherwise the remainder of the payment will still be due on the listed date above. The deposit is non refundable. If TDJ/TPX fails to withhold the agreed upon contract for any serious reason the deposit will be refunded in full. TDJ/TPX, Nicholas Alonzo and associates will not be held liable for any monetary value in excess of the contracted fee amount. For events held outside, at least a 10'x10' tent must be provided and secured, also please keep this in mind, you are booking us at your own risk. We are not responsible for bad weather and we reserve the right to cancel event with remaining balance still due, and if TDJ/TPX staff feels that the weather is putting TDJ/TPX or TDJ/TPX equipment in danger, TDJ/TPX has the right to cancel gig at any time, and the full balance is still due. Two 110v outlets must be provided for power within 15ft of setup area, TDJ/TPX is not responsible for power loss from inadequate power source/supply. There must be full access such as ramps / elevator so that TDJ/TPX can transport equipment, a $75 charge will be added if steps exceed 5, and TDJ/TPX will need access to event 2 hours prior to start time to set up equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform TDJ/TPX of any contact information that is changed such as address, phone number and or email, by calling 419-386-8190. We only work in smoke free and drug free environments, and reserve the right to end services if either is present. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that TDJ/TPX employees have a safe and clean working environment. TDJ is not responsible for releasing tables for dinner. Initial here

Nicholas Alonzo and employees of ToledoDjs/ToledoPix.com will not be held liable for any damages, actions, or lawsuits involving or pertaining to this event. In the event that Nicholas Alonzo becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond his control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on. By signing or completing this contract in person or online, you will be held fully responsible for anything stolen or any damages done to our equipment or personal property and will also be fully responsible for audience member’s actions that involve damage to our staff and equipment or property from event mentioned above.
