Subs Renewal - Season 2016/17
Subscriptions are now due for the new season.
The cost for membership is £80per player (to a maximum of £160 per family). Red Group membership will be £60.
All players are expected to pay their subs and hand them in, together with a TJFC Registration form on or before theFriday 19thAugust 2015.
How To Pay:
Cheques:
1. Cheques should be made payable to Tockwith Juniors FC.
2. Please put the names of the children that the payment relates to on the back of the cheque.
3. Hand the payment to your Childs coach, together with the payment slip and TJFC Registration form.
Cash:
- Cash payments must placed in a sealed envelope
- Please note the front of the envelope with name(s)of the children that the payment relates to.
- Hand the payment to your Child’s coach, together with the payment slip and TJFC Registration form.
Cash can’t be allocated every year because it is finds its way to the Registration secretary without a name.
Bank Credit:
1. Tockwith Juniors FC. Lloyds Bank; Sort Code 30-93-91; Account No. 01884130.
2. Please put the First names of the children that the payment relates in the payment reference.
3. Hand thepayment slip (indicating paid by BACS) and TJFC Registration form to your child’s coach.
If you have more than one child training with different squads, a registration form needs to be handed in to the coach of eachchild. (He/She needs to register your child and also have your up to date contact details)
One payment can be handed in to one of the coaches(together with the payment slip).

All players must re-register with the club each year by completing a registration form.Children, who have not paid and/or have not registered, are deemed not to be members of the club. Non members are not covered by the club’s insurance, its policies or its procedures.Therefore, it is the club’s Policy not to permit children to train or play if they are not paid up, registered members of the club.
