To check Minutes Used on your phone(during current bill cycle):
- The ACES billing cycle is from the 2nd of one month till the 1st of the next month.
- From your Nextel phone dial “612”. There is an automated greeting that will come on and it will tell you the parameters of the information you are about to receive, how many minutes used, what plan you are on and even what that plan includes.
- You may want to do this around the middle of the month, just to get an idea of how many minutes you have used for the current billing cycle.
- Keep in mind that all minutes ‘incoming’ and ‘outgoing’ count against the monthly cell phone minutes.
