We, the undersigned qualified residents of Hutchings Farm, petition for the recall of ______, Trustee, from office pursuant to the indentures and by-laws.

STATEMENT OF REASON FOR RECALL
Misconduct in office and incompetence as evidenced by his actions relating to intimidating activities at the pool with our vendor, spreading false rumors and lies about another trustee, refusing to accept the final decisions of the Board, interfering with communications and agreements the Board has come to with the City. (See attached.)
Each for himself or herself says: I have personally signed this petition; I am a resident of the Homeowners Association known as Hutchings Farm in the City of O’Fallon; my registered voting address at which I live are correctly written.
