Re:Skyland Conference Medalist Championship and Team Championship
Wednesday, May 6, 2015
We will have our tournament at Royce Brook Country Club on Wednesday, May 6thwith tee-off time scheduled for 7:00a.m.promptly. Please make sure that you make the necessary arrangements with transportation so that you are at the course between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., in order for the Pro to send us off with a shotgun start at 7:00 a.m.
Once again this will be an 18 hole Individualist Medalist Tournament as well as our thirteenth annual Skyland Conference Team Championship. Since we are extremely fortunate to obtain Royce Brook Country Club, it behooves us to make sure that participants adhere to the rules of golf in addition to demonstrating proper course etiquette. Proper golf attire is required. It is imperative that all golf coaches communicate this to their players. Because of the number of participating teams (18) this year, coaches are required to marshal a foursome. Your group assignment will be in the information packet with each of your player’s starting hole. Refreshments will be provided by the Skyland Conference at the conclusion of the competition. I would ask that each team remain until the distribution of all of the awards at the conclusion of our tournament.
*** Reminder – We will have a meeting at 6:30 a.m, with coaches and golfers. ***
