Operation Incharge cum Sales Executive (Rental and LIMO)

Preparing duty schedule for operations staff and drivers 50(member on the team).

Assigning drivers for certain duties.

Opening Rental Agreement for walk in customer as well as cooperate customer. Ensure that all proper documents are there and vehicles are delivered on time.

Preparing D/W/M quotation for rental as well as Limo vehicle

Checking reservation on a daily basis.

Follow up on vehicles sent to agencies / workshop for service or repairs.

Attending to staff and customers complaints.

Responsible for obtaining / renewing drivers RTA permits and port passes.
