THE LORD MAYOR OF LEICESTER’S CHRISTMAS CONCERT

THURSDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2016 - 7.00PM, DE MONTFORT HALL, LEICESTER

Dear Parent / Carer / Student,

As recently indicated to you, the LMCT ConcertOrchestra will be taking part in the Lord Mayor of Leicester’s Christmas Concert at the De Montfort Hall on Thursday1st December at 7.00pm.

Members need to attend a rehearsal during the performance day at the De Montfort Hall from 4.00pm – 4.45pm. Please note that this is the on stage rehearsal time and students will be required to be at the hall by3.40pm. Parents/Carers are asked to seek permission for absence from their child’s Headteacher / Principal in order for them to be attheHall in time for the rehearsal by using the attached form, and return it to LSMS no later than Monday 7th November.

Tickets for the performance will be on sale from the De Montfort Hall box office from:

Friday 28thOctober Tel. 0116 2333111. Demand for tickets is likely to be high and parents are strongly advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets Prices: £10.00, £8.00, £5.00, Concessions £9.00, £7.00 & £4.00.
