Dear Parent / Carer / Student,
As advised, the Junior Concert Band will be taking part in the Summer Festival I at the De Montfort Hall on Tuesday 20th June at 7.00pm.
Members need to attend a rehearsal during the performance day at the De Montfort Hall from 4.15pm – 5.00pm. Please note that this is the on stage rehearsal time and students will be required to be at the hall by 3.55pm. Parents/Carers are asked to seek permission for absence from their child’s Head teacher / Principal in order for them to be at the Hall in time for the rehearsal by using the attached form, and return it to LSMS no later than Monday 5th June.
TICKETS
Tickets for the performance will be on sale from the De Montfort Hall box office from:
Friday 19th May Tel. 0116 2333111. Demand for tickets is likely to be high and parents are strongly advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets Prices: £10.00, £8.00, £5.00, Concessions £9.00, £7.00 & £4.00.
