busses will operate throughout the event to and from hotels and downtown.

The required dress code for admittance to the Champions Night for all attendees

is a state SkillsUSA shirt (polo, t-shirt or similar) and comfortable shorts or pants.

This is a private event, and security will be instructed not to admit anyone without the official

conference nametag and the required clothing. Carhartt and Pepsi are the official

sponsors of Champions Night.

The required dress code for admittance to the SkillsUSA Night for all attendees is

the official conference t-shirt provided by Lowe's and comfortable shorts or pants.

As with all SkillsUSA events, the official conference nametag is required, along with the

admission ticket, for entry into the stadium.

State delegations are encouraged to show state pride so banners and flags are encouraged.

What is not allowed into the stadium:

More Information Provided Regarding Broadway Bridge

Closure in Kansas City

A section of Broadway Avenue in downtown Kansas City would be closed during this year's national conference. The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will remove and replace the Broadway Bridge over I-670 in the southwest corner of the Downtown Loop late this spring and the new bridge won’t be complete until mid-September. Alternate routes into Kansas City from the airport will be posted. Signs will be posted to alert motorists on Broadway and on I-670 regarding ramp closures and their duration.

Updated information will be provided through the media, and also available at MoDOT's Kansas City website, .

SkillsUSA will provide construction updates and other alternative routes as they become available.
