We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our online print shop! The new online
print shop is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. As mentioned in previous communications, our online print shop is a new way of doing business and ordering literature.
The online print shop will replace the way you order literature today.

We are excited about this new system and many of its features, including:

•Easy-to-navigate online ordering process

•48 hour processing time on most orders

•The ability to customize many binders, brochures & technical documents

•USB flash drives that include content for all binders/catalogs

•Up-to-date literature at your fingertips 24/7

We have set up a series of web ex training sessions to ensure you and your staff are trained
and comfortable with our new system.

Getting started:

1. Please see the attached list of training sessions and invite anyone on your staff responsible for ordering literature to attend.

1. Please attend one of the scheduled training sessions prior to the September 4th launch of the online print shop.

1. Each session is approximately one hour long and the content for each session is the same, so you only need to attend one session.

1. If one of the training sessions does not suit your schedule, we are happy to set up a personalized training session for your staff. Contact your sales manager to schedule a personalized session.
