Thank you for hosting FHSAADistrict Volleyball! The following are items and instructions that will help you host the upcoming tournament. Paragraph references are from the FHSAA Handbook. Forms mentioned below can be found on theC2C Schools website ( in the “FHSAA Library” or at under “Forms”.
- Official State Entry Lists [Policy 11]: Participating schools will be submitting state entry lists through C2C to your school on or before Monday, October 14, 2013. No school is to be permitted to participate in the district tournament without meeting this requirement. If a participating school makes a change to their entry list the information will automatically be updated through C2C.
- Reporting Results: Please report the championship resultsonline by going to Details for reporting the results are attached. Scores must be reported at the conclusion of eachday of the district tournament; and no later than 12 a.m. (midnight) the day of the each round. Please also be sure to notify the District Champion (if not your school) to respond to the C2C alert (which will prompt once you have submitted the results of the District Championship) with specific information regarding the site & time of next match no later than 12 a.m. (midnight) the day of the championship match. (Scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday, October 29[3A/5A/7A] or October 30[2A/4A/6A/8A] at 7 p.m. As a reminder - 1A has a bye for the quarterfinal round and will play the first region game on Tuesday, November 5. Please be sure to pass this information along!
- Squad Size [4.15.2.3.1]:Player Limit. Each participating school shall be allowed a maximum of 15players in uniform for each tournament match. Uniformed players, coaches and team managers will be admitted to tournament matches free of charge. FHSAA State Series. The number of floor passes for participating teams shall not exceed the number of uniformed players plus seven to be used by coaches, managers, statisticians, trainers, medical personnel, administrators, etc.
- Financial Report [9.10.2]: A complete financial report (Forms FN2 & AT10), along with payment, shall be submitted by the FHSAA Representative of the host school to the FHSAA Office and the FHSAA Representative of the other participating schools within 30 calendar days of the completion of the event.

CHECKLIST
Official State Entry list for each team competing has been submitted.
Submit District Results onlinethrough C2CSchools immediately upon conclusion of each round of the tournament.
Notify the District Champion (if not your school) to respond to the C2C alert, which will automatically be sent once you as the host have submitted the results of the District Championship Match. The Champion will need to report specific informationregarding the site & time of the next match no later than 12 a.m. (midnight) the day of the district championship match.
Submit a copy of the runner-up team’s official entry list to the host of the next round listed on the playoff bracket, which should be on the FHSAA website within 24 hours.
Please be prompt with your championship results.
The assignment of officials for the next round is dependent on this information.
