GENERAL AVIATION SLOT APPLICATION - HKG
To expedite the slot coordination process of General Aviation, we suggest that the SSIM Chapter 6 format (Standard Schedules Information Manual) to be used in your slot applications. Please send all requests by email to
Below are some examples for your easy reference, you can refer to SSIM chapter 6 for relevant information.
Example 1 New request:

Flight departs HKG at 0200Z on 22Feb to Manila with final destination at Heathrow. “010G5” means 10 seats for GulfStream V. “DD” are service type codes for arr and dep flights to indicate it is general aviation
Line 3 “W05” is season code, ie Winter 2005 (30Oct2005-25Mar2006). For flights to be operated during the period 26Mar-28Oct2006, please use season code “S06”
You can put any additional information after SI. (special information)
Example 2 New requests with a/c layover for 2 nights:

In this case, the a/c dep on 24Feb, “2” after departure time 0200Z is the overnight indicator
