Minutes of Barnetby Wold Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 21 March 2011 in the Church Hall at 7.15pm.

11.03.02 Public to speak

It was asked if there had been any feedback to road repairs. These are to be followed up proposed Cllr M Wilson seconded Cllr M Monks. Concern over parking on St Barnabas Road outside school if emergency vehicles need to get through. Concern of beer cans at cemetery

11.03.03 To confirm minutes

An amount of £5000 had been put down instead of £15000 re the MUGA excess. There were no minutes for the closed session. This would be sorted by the personnel committee proposed Cllr M Wilson seconded Cllr M Monks Carried On 11.01.11 it should have stated write to ERNLLCA proposed Cllr P Asquith seconded Cllr T Lawson. The minutes were then recorded as a true record proposed Cllr M Wilson seconded Cllr T Lawson Carried.

11.03.04 Ward Councillors.

There will be a meeting with Network Rail on Friday at 3.15pm at the Station Any councillor may attend They had photos of litter on the embankment The wind turbines at Prospect had had planning permission accepted.

Planning permission granted to install a dropped curb 77 St Barbabas Road

Planning permission granted to erect two 10kW axis wind turbines at Prospect House access tracks between Glebe Farm and Prospect House Farm

11.03.06 Income/ Expenditure

The income and expenditure had been accepted at the finance meeting Cllr Lawson took the chair whilst the cheques were signed

11.03.07 HSE report

The HSE committee are waiting for tenders to be returned with modifications. There is a need to submit planning permission. There was a discussion on the letter for funding which was to be left until the trustees meeting later.

11.03.08 Finance committee report

There will be a new spreadsheet to show budgets It is hoped to start this next month.

11.03.09 Village Hall Report

He village hall were undertaking aspect of HSE at the moment. They are low on finances and have had high heating bills

11.01.09 Cemetery

It had been agreed at the finance committee to have the grass cut by North Lincolnshire Council. There was a discussion on grave digging and it was proposed to carry on with |North Lincolnshire Council proposed Cllr M Wilson seconded Cllr R Hutchings Carried.

11.03.10 Parking in village

This will be discussed with item 13

11.03.12 Notice Board

The clerk was concerned at the amount of notices for the notice board during the election period. If she ran out of room she would as in the Post Office if she could use some of their space and she would cover photos temporarily Proposed Cllr W Broughton seconded Cllr E Lennox Carried

11.03.13 Litter in village

It was decided to contact the police re the cemetery and beer cans and it was proposed that we write to Dr Vora and the School asking if they can make people aware of problems with parking. Proposed Cllr M Monks seconded Cllr E Lennox Carried

11.03.04 Tubs on Kings Road

Cllr Lennox said that she would plant as last year, The parish council will provide compost proposed Cllr M Wilson seconded Cllr T Lawson

It was agreed to extend the meeting until 10pm

11.03.15 ERNLLCA membership

There was a discussion on membership Cllr Speyer declared a personal interest The meeting was closed to allow Cllr R Waltham to speak and then reopened. It was decided not to join ERNLLCA proposed Cllr T Lawson seconded Cllr F Inman Carried. We will continue to look for alternatives proposed Cllr M Wilson seconded Cllr T Lawson carried

The meeting closed at 10.00pm The next meeting will be on Monday 18 April2011 in the Church Hall.
