This course has been designed to help build up your self-esteem with the creation of a visual sketchbook diary as a place to reflect and inspire creativity. Each session will focus on a different art technique no previous art experience is necessary as we will focus on the relaxing process of creativity in a supportive environment

A unique course delivered over a 4 day period with a creative and fun approach that aims to raise aspirations, tackle low self-esteem and improve motivation and employability. This course is built around a central motivation to encourage and support individuals to move their lives forward and improve their wellbeing.
* Places are limited and are free for people who are over 19, unemployed, actively seeking work and in receipt of state benefits (ESA, JSA, WRAG or Universal Credit)

Assessing your employability skills will help you to understand what you are good at, what you enjoy, and identify what skills you need to develop to increase your employability.
Employment Mentoring / Monday - Friday / Call in or book for a 1:1 appointment for individual support
1 to 1 support that will help you to find the right pathway to employment. The Employment mentor can offer ongoing support and guidance and mock interviews and provide you with an opportunity to think about learning opportunities and career options and progress at a pace that suits you.
Supported Work Club / All day Monday/Thursday

The Work club offers 1:1 support and aims to support people to get into and back into work. We offer help with creating and updating CVs, job searches, applications, hints and tips for interviews. We also provide computer & internet access.
