[Guidance

If your report is not a summary of a Committee meeting, please use the ‘General’ Council report template.

Please left justify the text, use Arial 11 andsingle line spacing.Reports should be as brief as is feasible and should be no more than four sides of A4. The Assistant Registrar (Governance) supporting the meeting of the Council will assign and type in the report and agendum numbers when they receive your final report.

Please also send the electronic copy of the minutes for the meeting(s) of the Committee to which this report relates to when you submit the report so that should any detailed questions get raised in the meeting, the Secretary has a copy of your original minutes to hand.

You are not usually required to print hard copies of your report for Council, the Institutional Governance Services team will usually do this for you (hence the slightly earlier deadlines).Any questions, please contact the Assistant Registrars (Governance) via in the first instance.

To avoid issues related to version control, please request a copy of your report from the Assistant Registrars (Governance) if you need to make amendments after the report has been submitted.
