4. Software Confirmation Sheet

Only those legal software products should run on CEU computers that are purchased by CEU. These are the operational systems and all software products which can be found in the Novell Application Launcher.

CEU can only be held responsible for these programs. All other programs running on the computers are the users' responsibility.

In so far as someone cannot prove his/her legal rights to use a particular software product, she/he can be faced with a criminal procedure by the Software Police, and most probably will be liable to a fine.
