The above named student has applied for admission to Knowledge-First. Please mail me a copy of his / her cumulative record, including grades and results of standardized achievement tests for the past three years, in addition to first semester grades for the current school year. Any additional information regarding the student would be helpful.

Please submit materials after mid-year (first semester) grades have been recorded, but no later than the end of February.

This information is necessary to complete the admissions process. We thank you for your assistance.

ACADEMIC FEES

Upon acceptance of the student, the Knowledge-First’s admissions office will forward all forms for registration and enrollment. Parents will also receive the fees schedule, including academic tuition, fees, and optional programs including extracurricular activities and other student enrollment opportunities.

There are additional unlisted expenses for uniforms, school supplies, optional activities, and individual needs.

Payment

All fees and tuition are non-refundable. Additional expense incurred by the student will be charged to the student’s account and billed to the responsible party. All outstanding amounts must be paid in full prior to the issuance of each report card and/or transfer of records. All I-20 students are required to pay tuition and fees in full.

Payment Plan Options

Pay In Full - Due before September 4th or upon enrollment. This payment plan receives $500 discounted benefit. *(All I-20/F-1 Students must pay all tuition and fees in full upon enrollment.)

Two Payment Plan - Due before September 4th and January 8th- This payment plan will include an additional $100.00 fee per payment (receives $300 discounted benefit).

Three Payment Plan - Due before September 4th and January 8th and March 1st- This payment plan will include an additional $100.00 fee per payment (receives $200 discounted benefit).

Monthly Payment Plan - This payment plan receives $0 discounted benefit.

Please Note

A credit card authorization form must be filled out with application. Tuition is due on the first of every month. If the first falls on the weekend, your card will be charged on the next business day. If the payment is not made by the fifth, an additional $50.00 late fee will be added.

If a credit card or check is declined, a $25.00 re-submission fee will be charged to your account.
