In accord with Clause 3 (F) (1) of the Charter and By-Laws, I give notice that the:

Annual General Meeting ofHNSW Men’s Masters

11am on Saturday18th February 2017.

The meeting will be held in theEva Redfern Room

Address -Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre

Sydney Olympic Park , NSW 2127

Please park in P4 and validate your parking ticket at the Just Hockey Shop.

There will be an election fora 4 committee members, and all eligible Associations are asked to consider nominating suitable candidates. Nomination close at COB28th January 2017.

A nomination form is attached to this email notification of the AGM.

All Associations are also asked to nominate a delegate to represent them and exercise their right to vote on any resolution on their behalf. Delegate forms due back to the Secretary byCOB 10thFebruary 2017.

I have attached the forms for nominating delegates and form for nominating a proxy for the meeting if required.

Please take note of the due date for each of these forms. Postal voting/Proxy voting will be are also due COB 10thFebruary 2017

The Minutes of last year’s AGM are attached. The Agenda for the meeting, Biographies of those standing for election, and voting forms will be issued one month prior to the meeting once all the nominations have been received. Copies of these forms will be available on the Hockey NSWMens Masters Web pages once they have been issued.

If your association rep has changed recently could you please pass on this information and request the new rep to advise the NSW Men’s Masters Secretary of their contact details so that our records can be updated.

If your association does not have a Men’s Masters Representative could you pass this message onto an interested member of your association to attend our AGM and Vote on your behalf.

Please be aware that one of the main items of business at our AGM is receiving nominations from Associations wishing to host a Masters Age Championship in 2018. If your Association is interested please advise your delegate to nominate when the agenda item is raised. If your association is unable to send a delegate please contact the Secretary.
