Subject: Preparing New Principals Program (PNPP) Level II – Route to the K-12 Principal Pool

Please find attached to this email an application and principal/director recommendation form. Thisinformation is intended for all hopeful Principals with a minimum of three years Assistant Principal experience or the equivalent in Pasco County Schools. This professional development program is the process for administrators to be added to the K-12 Principal Approved Candidate list. The successful completion of this program will qualify you for your Principal’s Certificate. The deadline for completing and submittingall portions of theapplication to our office is Friday, April 22nd, 2016. Please provide your principal or director with a copy of the verification form and ask them to complete and submit by the deadline.

The complete application process consists of three parts:

  1. Application form – completed forms should be emailed to
  2. Principal/Director recommendation form – completed form sent by your supervisor to
  3. Gallup Principal Insight web-based assessment – unique code and web portal address to be provided to applicants upon calling 727-774-2256 or 813-794-2256

Upon selection into PNPP, all participants must attend a mandatory all-day orientation on Friday, May 6, 2016. If you cannot commit to this date or other training dates during the next school year, please delay your application.
