Subject: Questions and Responses
1. Exhibit “A” SECTION 2. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK: - Page 8 Section 2 -Bullet Point 1 - List of all application activities requiring behavioral assessments –
Can they clarify what they mean by a list of all application activities?
Answer: List all services and activities provided by the potential vendor (i.e . Clinical and Non Clinical Assessments, leadership/team assessments, front line assessments, etc.)
2. Exhibit “A” Scope of Work - 2.2. Services Administration: Page 8 Section 2 -Bullet Point 10 Integration with our Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone) and other ATS systems -
If a vendor integrates with Taleo and PeopleSoft, but not Cornerstone, although work is in process, will they be disqualified from this RFP?
Answer: The vendor must be able to integrate with Cornerstone which is our current ATS system.
3. Exhibit “A” SECTION 2. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK: - Page 8 Section 2 -Bullet Point 13 Risk assessments - Please clarify what is meant by Risk Assessments.
Answer: Must be aimed solely at determining qualifications to identify and select the best talent for an open posit ion.
4. How will JPS measure success for the chosen vendor of assessments?
Answer: The ability to measure performance and future success of an individual development profile. The ability to assess the overall talent and performance in order to develop insight about the internal/external candidate. We want to choose a vendor that allows for honest assessment based on observed behaviors and talent.
5. Can JPS please share 1st year turnover data based on all external hires in 2017?
Answer: Unable to share the requested information at this time.
All corrections, changes, additions, revisions, and/or clarifications in this Addendum #1 to the
RFP are hereby made a part of the RFB/RFP for #LH-0494 Behavioral Assessment.
All Respondents to the RFB/RFP shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum #1 by
signing in the space provided and submitting the signed Addendum #1 with the RFB/RFP.
Proposals submitted without an executed copy of this Addendum #1 attached may be considered
informal and may be rejected.
