Penzance and Newlyn – Restrictions on Waiting (various sites)
Cormac Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Council is inviting comments on a proposal to implement a package of restrictions on waiting and driving throughout Penzance and Newlyn. The scheme originates from the Cornwall Council Parking Review held in 2016. Locations have been identified and solutions proposed where indiscriminate and inappropriate parking is causing restrictions to the free flow of traffic and road safety. The proposals are spread throughout Penzance and Newlyn areas and are presented on a number of plans. These are available to view either on-line at the website below, or at the Penzance One Stop Shop.

To respond to this consultation, you can either:
1. Use Cornwall Council’s Consultation finder, an on-line facility for viewing and responding to traffic consultations. This can be accessed by visiting www.cornwall.gov.uk/TrafficConsult. Once registered you will be able to submit responses to this and other current traffic consultations.
2. E-mail the Engineering Design Group on , quoting scheme name and scheme reference and indicating your support or objection to the proposals.
3. Respond in writing using the attached Consultation Response Form, indicating your support or objection to the proposals and return it to the address shown at the foot of the form.
