CPA Nova Scotia Hosts its first Tournament

Saturday July 18th, 2009 was a true success. With 8 doubles teams playing, there were some exciting matches and hard fought battles. We would like to thank everyone who participated. We hope to see even more players participate in our next event.

Summer Slam

CPA Nova Scotia will be holding the first leg of Local Team Championships (LTC) September 25th – 27th. Free entry for all teams with $ 2000.00 added. Top 8 teams willqualify for the Local Team Championships held in June 2010 and a chance to compete for trips tothe National Team Championships in Las Vegas. Fall Session Soon to Start

CPA Nova Scotia will be starting the fall session on September 7th, 2009. Please be sure to register your team today. CPA Nova Scotia is also pleased to announce the expansion across Nova Scotia. Dooly’s New Minas and Shooter in Enfield are starting leagues in the Fall. Welcome abroad and we can’t wait to see you compete against the city folk.

Anyone for 9-ball?

CPA Nova Scotia will also be introducing 9-Ball format into our league play. For the first time those who love 9-Ball will be able to compete weekly for trips and prizes. Anyone interested is asked to call Greg Wilson 499-5272 or send an email to .

Got the Game? Come play with the Masters

For those who have the game or want the game CPA Nova Scotia will be continuing in fall with the Masters format at Shannon 8-Ball on Thursday Nights. Session starts September 10th, 2009. The teams consist of three (3) players with a maximum of four (4) players, non-handicapped format. Each night is played using US Amateur format (8-Ball and 9-Ball) and is a true test and challenge all aspects of your game.

CPA On the Road

CPA Nova Scotia is looking to get a travelling league established for the fall. For all the bars and establishments that have one to two tables are asked to call for more details.

CPA in your home

Want to be involved with the CPA but enjoy the comfort of your own home? Well here is your opportunity. If you have a pool table in your house and know others that do you could have a travelling division out of the comfort of your own homes. All you need is 4 teams for the division.
