JOB DESCRIPTION

AIMS/Stanford 10/PARCC

·  Facilitate state assessments

·  Research and Develop training as needed

·  Report student growth percentiles to site K-8 administrators as well as a list of students bottom 25%

BT Benchmarks/Formatives

·  Benchmark Assessments (Curriculum at sites) through Beyond Textbook

·  Direct generated formatives as needed.

·  Analyze data and report to Superintendent, principals, and board.

·  Work with Curriculum Professional Development

·  Meet with site teams to assist with formative data to guide instruction as needed.

Explore/ACT

·  Direct, organize training, and order assessments.

·  Analyze data

Beyond Textbooks

Professional Learning Communities

·  Pilot PLC with Florence K-8 staff

·  Staff Development Training

Professional Data – Focus on Data

·  Programs and projects designed to increase information literacy (RETEACH/ENRICH)

·  Works with principals for site staff services

·  Collaborate with special programs; such as ELL, SPED, TAP to provide specific data as needed.

·  Stay updated on SPSS software, or any upcoming changes due to PARCC.

·  US Department of Education data for submission of Civil Rights Data Collection Report.

Galileo

·  Work with BT and Curriculum Professional Development Team

·  Work with school sites as needed.

ALEKS

·  Work with ALEKS representative and set up training for school sites.

New Teacher Training

·  Responsible for assisting in planning, monitoring, and training New Teacher Induction.

·  Provide training throughout the year.

301 Committee

·  Serve on the 301 committee criteria for receiving 301 performance pay, analyze data to determine which schools meet with criteria for the Performance Based Component of the 301 plan.

District Improvement Team

·  Provide analysis of the district level data towards district goals.

Professional Learning Communities

·  After training – provide a pilot program to Florence K-8 school with PLC training

·  Professional Learning Study Groups
