My job in one word – it would be adventure.

I’m a graduate in Production Operations. My current role is Assistant Platform Supervisor on one of the offshore platforms in the North Sea.

This is a real job, this is with real people; it concerns safety, it concerns production, it concerns cost budgets. They really let you free, but you’re still being coached in this role of responsibility.

It’s a very, very dynamic company. People are very friendly, helpful.

It’s been quite a rollercoaster ride. I would never have imagined that I would take a helicopter to work. I came on the platform completely inexperienced and within a year, I was already running my own show.
