7.WhileyouwereMasconomet'sAdministrator, youfailedtoensurethataneffective system.wasdevelopedandimplementedtoensurethatallegationsofabusewereimmediatelyreportedandinvestigated,andthatresidentswereprotectedwhileaninvestigation wasin.progress.

8.Yourconductasallegedwarrants disciplinaryactionbytheBoardagainstyourlicensetopracticeasaNursingHomeAdministratorpursuantto245CJ\-1R2.15(1)forfailingtoexerciseproperregardforthehealth,safetyandwelfareof yourpatients.
