West Cumbria Big Bang Science & Engineering Fair.

Last year you ran an interactive stand at the West Cumbria ‘Big Bang’ Science & Engineering Fair. We hope that you will be able to support the 2017 event by providing hands-on STEM based activities on 28th June 2017. If you are able to attend, please complete the provisional booking form below and return it to me by Friday 29th April 2017. Confirmation of bookings will be sent to you and details will be finalised during May 2017

You will be provided with a table and access to power if you need it, there will also be space for a pop up banner stand behind your table.
Refreshments will be available for all members of your team providing we have the correct numbers. Tea and Coffee will be available on arrival and again at lunch time. A buffet lunch will be provided so please let us know how many of your team will want lunch. We will cater for the number of staff indicated on your booking form and you will be given vouchers for your staff attending.
There are TWO sessions on the day, 09:00 – 12:00 and then 12:30 – 15:30. Different schools will be at each session and we anticipate over 500 pupils from schools in Allerdale and Copeland will attend. The doors will open at 7.30am to set up and you will need to be ready for 08:45 ready for schools arriving at 09:00. We aim to finish by 15:30.
