Wednesday Dinner & Dancing:Bryan Clark performs: Sinatra 2 Soul 6 to 9 in the Clarion Hotel Lounge.

For VIP seating around the dance floor a Weekend Pass for MMATB & Dinner reservations are required.

DJ Norm from Ocean City is our DJ for the evening, dancing until 11:30. See flier for details.

Thursday Events: Welcome Mixer in the Horizon Restaurant. More details to follow. See www.dchanddanceclub.com.

Thursday Kickoff, March 10th: At Seacrets Niteclub, 117 West 49th Street, Ocean City, MD, from 6-11:30 p.m. From 6-8 p.m. there will be a private party with light fare for those with MMATB weekend passes ONLY. After 8 p.m. the public is invited to join us for a $5.00 cover.

Friday and Saturday Activities: Various dance workshops; open dancing throughout the day and evening; our open Hospitality Suite. Details will be posted on our website and in the MMATB program.

Table Reservations: Tables will be assigned for the Friday and Saturday evening dances. Each table accommodates 10 people. In order to reserve a table submit your 10 reservation forms, along with your check(s) to Pam Vann at the above address. If you do not have a full table, send in your reservations and you will be assigned to a table. Every effort will be made to sit you with your friends. All tables and seats will be first-come-first-served.

Hotel Room Reservations: Don’t forget to book your room! The Clarion Hotel has a special room rate of $99 for Friday and Saturday … and a very special rate for Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday night of $75.00. These rates are guaranteed until February 1, 2016. You must contact the hotel directly at (410) 202-2965 and tell them you are with the DC Hand Dance Club.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the acceptance of my/our reservation to attend or participate in the activities sponsored by the D. C. Hand Dance Club, Inc. at the 2015 Meet Me At The Beach event to be held at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau, Ocean City, Maryland, March 12-15, 2015, I/we the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “Releasors”) for myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive and discharge D. C. Hand Dance Club, Inc., its officers and directors (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”), from all claims of damages for personal injury, death, or loss or damage to property, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise, arising out of Releasors’ attendance or participation in any activity sponsored by D. C. Hand Dance Club, Inc. at the 2015 Meet Me At The Beach event.

Releasors further assume all responsibility for and all risks of bodily injury, death, or loss or damage to property, that may occur to Releasors while Releasors are attending or participating in any activity sponsored by D. C. Hand Dance Club, Inc. at the 2015 Meet Me At The Beach event.

Releasors further agree to indemnify Releasees and hold them harmless, from any loss or damage they may incur resulting from the negligence of Releasors while attending or participating in any activity sponsored by D. C. Hand Dance Club, Inc. at its 2015 Meet Me At The Beach event.

The provisions of this Release shall be construed according to the law of the State of Maryland and, if any provision herein is held to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
