These rallies are for all members. Start times will reflect the ages of members attending as much as possible but is always dependant on who applies. Times and groups will be displayed on the website by the preceding evening. Members should apply for all the dates they can attend and will be allocated places dependant on numbers of similar abilities attending the same evening and as much as possible on a rota basis. Therefore it is very important to check the website for group and time.REMEMBER if you wish to be considered for an Area or Regional (formally known as Grassroots) team discipline you must have attended at least three rallies before June 1stand sent your current results to the discipline managers.

Parking is limited and must be considerate.All droppings, hay etc must be cleared up on leaving and no horse or pony left tied to the trailer or lorry unattended.
Rallies will include flatwork and /or jumping. Those selected for any teams may have days when they take precedence and are expected to attend.
Those with only one horse will take precedence over those wishing to ride more than one horse.
Once payment has been received it is assumed that members are attending. If for any reason a member cannot attend they must inform the organiser in good time where possible. Instructors will have been booked in advance therefore members will be charged the full amount unless a suitable replacement is found, or at the discretion of the DC and organiser.
All applications should be sent as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. When dates and sessions are full, reserve lists will be held. ALL cheque’s to be sent with application forms otherwise places will be forfeited, (this ensures funds are held for each training session in advance so costs are covered for the booking of the Instructor and the venue).
