CLASSES - Entry Fee $30 per class ($35 for Championship Classesfor October 8th show)

ENTRIES:

a) Make checks payable to Meredith Prange

b) Refunds before closing date minus $20 handling charge. NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSING DATE

c) Negative Coggins within 12 months MUST accompany entry

d) Proof of vaccination for Equine Rhinopneumonitis-Influenza within 6 months MUST accompany entry

e) Entries postmarked or phoned in after closing date will be charged an extra $5/test

f) Leadlineclasses for ages 8 and under

AWARDS: Six ribbons per class, Prize and Champion & Reserve high score ribbons awarded at the end of the day.

CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSES/YEAR END AWARDS/Oct 8th Show: Eligible riders would have shown in at least 2 shows, and have at least 3 scores within the same level. Top 3 scores will be included in the year-end average. The championship class test score will be counted as 2 scores, resulting in 5 scores being averaged for the final year-end score. Championship Classes will include Intro Level Test B, Training Level Test 2, First Level Test 2, Second Level and up Test 2.

RIDE TIMES: Available on our website Thunderheadfarmpa.com under Events the Thursday prior to show

ARENAS: Warm-up in 150'x70' indoor sand/eurofeltarena,All Tests in Standard Large outdoorsand arena

DRESS CODE: Informal but NEAT (solid color collared shirt or riding shirt, Breeches, Jodhpur pants and boots). Jackets and braiding not required. Riders in championship classes encouraged to dress in formal dressage attire.

OTHER INFORMATION: a)Management deserves the right to cancel, combine, and/or add classes and/or judges b) NO DOGS ALLOWED c) Food and Beverages will be available for purchase d) ASTM approved helmets must be worn while mounted e) Please state any special considerations such as sharing a trailer with another competitor, riding multiple horses, etc. Time requests are taken but not guaranteed. Must be requested before closing date.f) Please respect the facility - clean up after yourself and your horse
