THUNDERBOLTS PARTNER WITH AUCTION MERCHANDISE SOURCE

Crestwood, IL – The Windy City ThunderBolts professional baseball team, 2007 and 2008 Frontier League Champions have announced they are partnering again in 2009 with Auction Merchandise Source (AMS). For the past two seasons, AMS has provided ThunderBolts fans with the opportunity to bid on autographed memorabilia from some of the greatest athletes in professional sports during select home games.

When asked about the partnership with the ‘Bolts, AMS owner Dave Wille responded, “AMS has enjoyed working with the ThunderBolts and the Thunderbolt fans during the auction nights! Through our combined efforts we have raised some necessary funds for Thunderbolt Charities. We hope to see many of those loyal fans back again this year for our Friday and Saturday auction events!”

Auction Merchandise Source, AMS, was founded over 7 years ago with the expressedfocus on providing unique sports and entertainment memorabilia for charity events. At AMS we not only provide authenticated merchandise, we also consult andadvice the charities regarding their fundraising activities with the goal of enhancing their fundraising experience and maximizing their fundraising dollars. In2008, we helped over 100 organizations raise nearly $400,000 in charity funds. Ourgoal for 2009 is to raise over $500,000 in charity funds. More information about AMS is available at

“The Windy City ThunderBolts organization is thrilled to have Dave and his staff back at select games this upcoming season,” states Director of Sales Pete Kelly. “Last year was a huge success and we look forward to raising some funds for the various charities we deal with through ThunderBolts Charities. So please check out the many cool items to bid on this summer and support some great causes in the process.”
