- Wellness Dividends Program 2016
- Enhancements for 2016
- Rewards aredetermined based uponCounty’s lower than average premium increases
- This year’s dividend will be $250
- Paid by the County, not the Health Plans
- Employee will have option to see physician for biometric screening
- Involvement of Unions to encourage participation
- Recommendation to offer 2-hour “Train the Trainers” program(s) for labor leaders, shop stewards, Wellness Committee members, and Benefits Committee members in December / January

- October 30 – Deadline to submit Application + requested documentation
