  • Rewards aredetermined based uponCounty’s lower than average premium increases
  • This year’s dividend will be $250
  • Paid by the County, not the Health Plans
  • Employee will have option to see physician for biometric screening
  • Involvement of Unions to encourage participation
  • Recommendation to offer 2-hour “Train the Trainers” program(s) for labor leaders, shop stewards, Wellness Committee members, and Benefits Committee members in December / January
