The ISAC/ Golf Comparison
Totaling 360 Points or More
If we were to compare this to the golf tournaments which are four day events there are only a few venues which have four or more days at their events which are listed below. These could be considered “The Majors” in the Atlatl World. In this comparison, par is considered a score of 90 and any points over that would be compared to being under par. For example, a score of373.7for four consecutive days, would be a “thirteen under par” or a -13. However, to be fair, golf is a more demanding mental game of some 280 strokes as compared to this mere 40 throws. Also, the game of atlatl golf is more challenging, and has yet to be done in a four day tournament style, but hey, you never know…

28 games needed for the 280 strokes and par of 2520 points
So 28 games in a row would be needed to just begin to compare to the mental demands in the game of golf, but in the ISAC world, the best example spans 11 events over a period of 15 weeks –total score 2588.5 with 45 X’s, an average of 92.45, better than a two under par for each of 28 games, for an incredible sixty-eight under par, -68!! But if par was 92, then this would be a more comparable twelve under par (-12). However, with all the rest in between, the comparison is not as valid until somebody actually shoots seven games a day for four days in a row. Anyone want to give it a try? Yes you might get sore, but just think of all the fun…
