Sponsored by the

Lake Park Educational Foundation

BACKGROUND:

The Lake Park Educational Foundation established the Lake Park Spirit of Excellence Awards in 2009 to honor Lake Park students, staff, and alumni who consistently demonstrate excellence. The Lake Park Spirit of Excellence Awards are based on the belief that a quality public education is vital to the health of our community. The Foundation believes that supporting and recognizing the accomplishments of our students, staff, and alumni will further enhance the overall strength of our Lake Park community.

The Lake Park Spirit of Excellence student awards are designed to recognize and honor those senior students who exemplify the qualities and dispositions of the Ideal Lake Park Graduate. Students recognized with this award have demonstrated through service, extraordinary effort, achievement, and leadership throughout their high school careers that they possess not only qualities for other students to emulate, but, because of their accomplishments, that they have had a positive impact on and have made a difference in the overall environment of Lake Park High School.
