NEEDS ASSESSMENT RESULTS

The results were the same as last year. We plan on getting parents more involved as the year goes along.

BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

Mrs. McArthur has been in contact with the architect to get started on the demolition permit to tear down the concession stand and dugout at the baseball diamond. She would like to schedule the demolition for October over our fall break. Water’s Electric is checking out the scoreboard to see if it is salvageable.

We are having playground mulch delivered on August 9th after 2:00 p.m. Chris Drewes will be here to place the mulch in piles around the playground, but it needs to be spread out. We have asked anyone who would like to help with this to be here on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. to start the project and we will feed those helpers lunch. Hot dogs, chips and drink will be offered. They will eat at noon.

The bathrooms are finished and they look great.

Mrs. McArthur is waiting on the quote for the Keyless Entry system.

Tom Henkelman has volunteered to paint the roads surrounding and leading up to the school with a stencil that has TGS and an arrow leading the way to the school. It will be painted using red, white, and black paint. Four parking spaces in front of the school have been finished and they look really good.
