Pursuant to Government Code section 11346.8(c), and section 44 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) has modified the text of the proposed regulations regarding Red Tags for underground storage tanks.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was originally published on July 4, 2003 and a public hearing was held August 26, 2003. Several public comments were received during this initial comment period.
A copy of the revised text is attached. Modifications to the originally proposed language are shown in bold double underline and bold double strikeout.
The SWRCB will accept written comments regarding the modifications made to the proposed regulations. All written comments must be submitted to the SWRCB no later than 5:00 pm on October 11, 2003. Please submit comments to:
