This year 91 questionnaires were given out and 79 returned ( 86%)
The overall answers/replies from parents & carers are very positive.
The focus of actions is for more regular updates/feedback on what a child has been doing both at school and whilst out on life skills and for increased feedback/communication from SALT and OT.
From the introduction of Class Dojo and the continuous use of Tapestry, it is anticipated that many of the actions required to meet the requests from parents/carers will be addressed.
The actions listed underneath each question or at the end of a set of questions have been drawn up from the answers/requests of the patients.
